Fermented Golden plums blended with a bit of brett saison. Jacuz*i w.out Pete is another Burdock homage to the golden plum. Over the years we’ve received golden plums in many formats, one year we got them in a huge 1 ton bin, and there was lots of juice in the bottom to which we said “hey, why don’t we ferment that”.

Jacuz*i w.out Pete is another Burdock homage to the golden plum. Over the years we’ve received golden plums in many formats, one year we got them in a huge 1 ton bin, and there was lots of juice in the bottom to which we said “hey, why don’t we ferment that”. This edition is more of that attitude, with some refinements. A blend of Plumwein (golden plums fermented on their skins) that was blended with a bit of New World fermented saison. The result is a very cool expression of the golden plum.
