Toronto-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Sheilagh McNab is known by her stage name SHEAL. In 2022, SHEAL released her debut EP "Courage Again" produced by Matthew Johnston and recorded while eight-and-a-half months pregnant. SHEAL describes her music as a journey of finding her voice and pushing through fear, capturing a sense of authenticity and intimacy.


SHEAL's latest EP, "golden hours," is set to be released Fall 2024, and was produced by Gavin Gardiner and James Robertson (MOONRIIVR). The EP will continue these themes with evocative piano and her signature honey-tinged vocals, embodying a raw and intimate step forward.


JUSTIN OROK (@justin.orok) is a Toronto-based singer songwriter and guitarist, best known for his unique narrative songwriting and sensitive approach on both steel string and lap steel guitar. His debut album, Kanata, was released in 2022, independently in Canada and under the short-lived Paraphenalia Records in Japan. It features many Canadian jazz, improvised and folk mainstays including Justin Haynes, Felicity Williams, Christine Bougie, Andrew Downing, Michael Davidson, Jesse Zubot and was produced by Jean Martin (Barnyard Records, Tanya Tagaq).
