Celebrate the beginning of summer with an intimate evening of folk, indie and soul jams showcasing Toronto's finest up and coming artists.

About the artists

Formed in 2020, Soulish is a 5-piece Indie-Soul band from Toronto. Their distinctive sound blends the rhythmic and storytelling aspects of Hip-Hop/RnB with the raw energy and experimental edge of Indie Rock and Alternative music. Sharing stories of struggle, ambition, love, and relationships with a sense of humour that keeps the vibe fun and lively. After a 2 year run of successful shows and releases from Soulish, a long-needed pause from the fall of 2023 until the summer of 2024 for the band has led to a period of unrest and a subsequent outpouring of creativity. Brand new Soulish material is currently being recorded as well as a follow-up album. In this creative boom, several members of the band have decided to focus that creative energy beyond the band and create additional projects with past collaborators

Cole Solish, the rhythm guitarist and vocalist of Soulish tapped into his folk and country roots with long-time musical partners, Blair Stevens and Julia Pappo to create Ghost Ranch. The new project was created with a focus on stripped-back acoustic performances with an emphasis on group vocals and classic storytelling. An eclectic mix of classic and contemporary country covers and heart-wrenching originals shaped through vocal harmonies and acoustic guitar are sure to captivate any audience and are the perfect companion to any summertime concert experience.

Vices is the second offspring of the Soulish ecosystem consisting of Josh Napal and Ernesto Alonso. As songwriters & performers for Soulish, their collaboration on a project with darker undertones came about organically. The duo creates melancholic soundscapes through a blend of tender vocal melodies layered within hazy instrumental grooves. Drawing influence from art rock & alternative pop sounds, their live performance gives listeners a reminder of the delicate balance between pleasure and self-destruction.

With all this new creative energy and focus, we all within the Soulish music ecosystem feel a strong drive to deliver our new creative output and show to our community all the love we have for our friends and fans by curating a one-time-only performance that will surely leave a lasting impact on our artistic community.
