Opa Yallah is a Toronto band whose members come from a variety of backgrounds (Iranian, Turkish, Filipino, Latvian, Canadian) coming together through their love for the folk and popular music of Iran, Greece, Turkey and The Arab world.

The group will be treating listeners to selections from these cultures along with some original compositions. Opa Yallah’s main aim is to get people out of their seats and move! There is a common thread in the melodies, rhythms of these musical cultures, which Opa Yallah weaves together in their concerts.

We’re located on Bloor Street, just one block west of Dufferin Street. Please enter through our restaurant entrance on Bloor, where you will be greeted by our host and directed to the Music Hall.
